ADVANCE INFORMATION A Special Two-Day Intensive Workshop with Costa Lambrias Inner Child Therapy in April 2009 To Be Held in Melbourne & Perth For More Information: Contact Belinda Hulstrom MCAHyp MHA (Reg Hyp) MAPHP (Acc) DPsD “It is consistently the single most powerful hypnotherapy session for clients. Many are genuinely surprised at how real their inner child is and are very moved by the strength of the inner child’s emotional needs. The consequent changes produced in the client’s self-esteem and the new confident ways in which they now relate to others are nothing short of amazing!”
Costa Lambrias was at the Mindworx Expo in October 2008 where he presented Inner Child Therapy. |

Joane Goulding HLMASCH & Lyndall Briggs It was with great pleasure and pride that I attended the CCH meeting on Sunday 10th August, to represent the ASCH, to pay tribute to people who had contributed to the deregulation of Hypnotherapy in Victoria a short decade ago.
On behalf of the ASCH, I presented the following awards: Les Bullock, (Honorary Life Membership HLM), Joane Goulding (HLM), Max Baker (HLM), Don March (Fellow), Jeff Berger (Fellow). I think the words on the awards say it all – “Let it be known that by unanimous decision of The Executive Board of the ASCH, (name), is hereby recognised for having provided extensive and valued service to this Society, and to the advancement of Clinical Hypnotherapy in general.” |

“Hypnotherapy: Past, Present and Future” was a most pertinent theme for this year’s AGM on August 10th: not only did CCH reflect upon it’s past achievements, present standing and future vision for the profession but its members and guests celebrated a very special milestone in the history of hypnotherapy in Australia - the ten-year anniversary of the deregulation of hypnosis in Victoria. |

Jim Goulding 1929-2002 Having met Jim I the late 1980’s I was smitten as were many others. Jim’s devotees were amazed by this unique character and were drawn to him as to a prophet (even if some would call him a heretic). Jim was quite simply a man ahead of his time.
Jim talked about Napoleon Hill, Edgar Casey and Wallace Wattles and on such topics as thoughts becoming things; creating your own reality with your own thoughts; reprogramming your mind with hypnosis and re-writing your old scripts that played inside your head – concepts that many people had never heard of let alone understood at that time. |

Max Lyndon Baker “The Man, the Myth and the Mountain”…
A Tribute to Max Lyndon Baker
It was my great pleasure to be able to attend the CCH 10th anniversary on the deregulation of hypnotherapy, and to give thanks to the many people that made this possible, but there was one special reason for my attendance, to honour my good friend Max L Baker. “A gentle man”, were the words used to describe Max by many who paid tribute. A man, a gentle man, almost a myth to those that haven’t ever met him, and a mountain of wisdom, kindness and generosity to all that know him. |

Daryl Wilkinson Daryl Wilkinson’s Workshop June 1st, 2008“Fantastic”, “truly professional”, “excellent”, “loved it” were just a few of the comments made by those who attended the CCH “voice” workshop on June 1st. And who better to present a workshop of this kind than Daryl Wilkinson, considered by many to have “one of the best voices in the business” – if that’s the right phrase to use – and whose extensive experience in educating actors in the use of voice mean that he is certainly eminently qualified in this area. |
